Shipping

Sellers have 5 days to ship purchased products. If items are not shipped within this timeline the transaction will be cancelled and the buyer will be refunded by the seller.

Return Policy

Items purchased from sellers are not eligible for returns. If you receive an item that does not match the seller’s description, or if the item does not match the fiber content from the listing, you have 72 hours to inform us via email at contactus@rewovenmarket.com.

Please include your name, purchase information, and reference photos. We will then review your case and inform you of the next steps. If approved, we will assist in scheduling your return and issue a full refund. If the item matches the seller’s description, the sale will be final.
