Create your listing: Sign up to create a listing. Follow the prompts when setting up your listing - write a description, attach photos, set your price, and hit submit. We will review your listing within 48 hours and once approved, it will be published to the live marketplace.

Package and Ship your item: Package the item with care and ship as soon as possible once a sale is made (within 5 days).

Get paid: Once the buyer has confirmed receipt, the payment will be released by Stripe. This typically takes 5-7 business days to show on your account.

Describe your item accurately - be honest about the condition and share any flaws in your item description.

Price your item accordingly - if it is priced too high, it will not sell.

Upload quality photos - listings with good photos are proven to sell faster. Include the care label showing the fibre content in one of the photos, as well as any flaws of the item.

Package with care and ship as soon as possible - buyers are excited to receive their item! Ship within 5 days or your sale will be cancelled.
